FitChallenge started as a personal project — a 30-day challenge to help anyone, of any age and fitness level, build healthy habits safely and sustainably.
Every recommendation in the app is grounded in real nutritionist guidance — no crash diets, no extreme workouts, just steady daily wins. The Coach, the calorie targets, and the weekly progression were all built around what's actually safe (max 2 lbs/week weight loss, 1 lb/week gain).
More of the story coming soon — including why we built this, who it's for, and what's next.
Nutritionist-approved limits — max 2 lbs/week loss, 1 lb/week gain.
Days 1–7 free for everyone. No card required.
No starvation diets, no impossible workouts. Sustainable habits.

The information, workout plans, calorie estimates, and coaching content in this app are for general informational purposes only. Nothing in this app should be interpreted as medical advice. Consult your doctor or a licensed healthcare provider before starting any weight loss, weight gain, or exercise program — especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions including but not limited to: heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, eating disorders, pregnancy, or joint/bone conditions.
Based on guidelines from the CDC, NHS, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics:
Calorie counts, macro estimates, and nutrition data in this app are approximate and may not be 100% accurate. AI food analysis is an estimate only. For precise dietary needs, consult a registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).
The "Coach" feature is powered by an AI language model. It is NOT a licensed personal trainer, dietitian, therapist, or healthcare provider. Coach provides general motivation, information, and suggestions only. Never follow Coach's advice over the guidance of a real healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or crisis line immediately.
This app is not designed for children under 13. Teens aged 13–17 should only use this app with parental guidance and ideally with input from a pediatrician or sports medicine doctor. The app's kid and teen modes are provided as safer defaults but are not a substitute for professional guidance. Any weight management program for a minor should be supervised by a qualified healthcare professional.
What we collect: Your name, age group, weight, goals, food log, and challenge progress — entered directly by you.
Where it's stored: Only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. FitChallenge does not have a server database and cannot see, access, or store your personal data. Creating a profile requires no email or password.
Third parties: If you scan a barcode, the barcode number is sent to OpenFoodFacts (a free, open-source public food database) to look up nutrition facts. No other personal information is sent with that request. No other feature contacts an outside service — the AI Coach runs entirely in your browser.
Deleting your data: Clearing your browser data, or using the "wipe all data" option in Settings, permanently deletes everything. Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no way for us to recover it afterward — and no way for anyone else to access it either.
Payments (when enabled): Payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe). FitChallenge does not store your card details.
Changes: If this policy changes, the date below will update.
